What You’ll Be Doing

Comprehensive Biomechanical Assessments — go deep into gait analysis, movement patterns, and injury history.

Advanced Orthotic Therapy: Prescribe and fit custom orthotics designed for long-term outcomes, not quick fixes.

Footwear Assessments: Help patients choose and modify footwear to support their rehabilitation and performance.

Develop structured, progressive treatment plans — with real follow-up and measurable outcomes.

Document with Purpose: Your clinical notes will reflect your expertise, not just tick boxes.

Educate patients to understand why they’re in pain, not just what to do about it.

Collaborate or Work Solo: Whether you’re in a team setting or working independently at one of our partner sites, you’ll have the confidence and support you need.

What’s On Offer

Salary: $100,008 - $133,203 per year, plus generous performance bonuses.

About You

Degree-qualified Podiatrist (or equivalent) with full Australian registration.

Strong focus on biomechanics, orthotic therapy, and footwear assessments.

Confident working within clear clinical protocols, while also thinking critically.

Strong written skills for detailed and compliant documentation.

Ready to take ownership of your caseload and work autonomously.

Eager to learn from leaders in the field and contribute to a growing team.

Open to travelling within Gold Coast & Brisbane.

Experience with DVA, EPC, NDIS, or aged care is a plus — but we’ll train the right person.

Have a valid licence and registered vehicle
