Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to clients, addressing daily personal care needs.​

Facilitate client participation in community and social activities.​

Assist clients with transportation to and from appointments and events.​

Collaborate in developing and assessing client goals.​

Maintain accurate records of client activities and progress.​

Communicate effectively with clients' families, carers, and other stakeholders.​

Work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers.​

Essential Criteria:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or ongoing/completed degree in Medicine, Nursing, or Allied Health.​

Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role.​

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.​

Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module.​

Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.

Full COVID-19 vaccination, including booster.​

COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate.​

Valid driver's license.​

Desirable Criteria:

Working with Children Check.​

National Police Certificate.​

Own vehicle for work-related travel.​

Job Details:

Type: Casual, with potential for part-time or permanent roles.​

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour.​

Location: Gloucester, NSW.

Schedule:

Flexible hours with a rotating roster, including shift work.​

Supplementary Pay:

Penalty rates apply where applicable.

Application Requirements:

Ability to reliably commute within Sydney, NSW, or plans to relocate before starting work.​

Australian work authorisation.​
