Full-Time | Retail + People Leadership | Hands-On Role

We're looking for a passionate, people-first leader to join a retail business that's all about creating great experiences - for their customers and their teams.

This is no ordinary support office role. It's part People & Culture, part Retail Operations, part Performance Coach - and 100% about supporting stores and helping teams shine.

You'll spend your time in stores, on the ground with the people who make it all happen. You'll work closely with Store Managers and Team Members to elevate performance, grow capability, drive culture, and champion best practice across the network.

What you'll be doing:

Partnering with Store Leaders to support performance, team development, and engagement

Coaching and mentoring retail teams to bring out their best

Leading and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training

Rolling out performance and development plans when needed

Identifying future leaders and driving succession planning

Supporting with culture initiatives, engagement surveys, and feedback loops

Providing real-time, in-store support - you're not just behind a desk

Collaborating closely with the broader ops and people teams

Who we're looking for:

A passionate leader with experience in multi-site retail, HR, people management, or similar

Someone who thrives in-store and loves building strong team connections

A natural coach and communicator, confident in giving feedback and driving accountability

A proactive problem solver who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves

A culture-builder - someone who understands what makes a team tick

Experience in performance management, recruitment, and/or learning & development is a bonus
