Are you an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a strong interest in hand and upper limb therapy? Re-Wired Hand Therapy & Nerve Recovery is seeking a skilled clinician to join our team, with some work at Bay Hand Therapy as required.

At Re-Wired, we are a team of expert therapists specialising in hand therapy, complex nerve injuries, and upper limb rehabilitation. With locations across Melbourne and regional Victoria, we are committed to excellence, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based care. We work closely with patients recovering from trauma, orthopaedic and nerve injuries, elite sports injuries, and chronic hand conditions.

The Role
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a minimum of 4–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The successful applicant will manage a diverse caseload of acute and chronic upper limb conditions, delivering high-quality, individualised treatment. There is the potential for some work to be based at Bay Hand Therapy, depending on clinic needs.

Part-Time employment will also be considered depending on the successful applicant.

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist

Minimum 4–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience, ideally with hand therapy exposure

Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
