Workfast is currently accepting Expressions of Interest from qualified Dogmen for upcoming work on the Ironbark Joint Venture (JV) Sydney Water projects. These major trenchless tunnelling and pipeline installation works will help deliver critical infrastructure upgrades across Sydney’s growing North West.
This role offers ongoing project work, 10–12 hour shifts, and competitive pay on a large-scale civil infrastructure site.

Location: Rouse Hill, NSW
Shifts: 10–12 hour shifts
Pay Rate: $39.33 per hour + OT + Super

What You Will Be Doing

• Safely slinging and directing loads for cranes and lifting operations
• Supporting tunnelling and trenchless operations
• Working closely with crane operators, riggers and site teams
• Performing general site duties and assisting trades as needed
• Maintaining compliance with safety procedures and site policies

What You Need

• Valid Dogman (DG) High-Risk Work Licence – essential
• White Card – essential
• Experience on civil or infrastructure sites is a must
• Physically fit and able to work 10–12 hour shifts
• Must be willing to complete a respiratory fit test
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Availability for day or night shifts
