· Merchandising and store presentation

Qualifications & Experience

· Retail Manager experience

· Proven track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals

· Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, development, and performance management

· Expertise in retail operations, visual merchandising, and reporting

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· High level of customer service and sales history

· Strong experience with Shopify POS, cash management, and retail financials

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong computer skills
