About the Role

This is a FullTime Sales Rep role at Katoomba Global Foods Pty Ltd, an established Asian foods company based in Dandenong South, Victoria. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the local area, with a focus on promoting the company's range of high-quality Asian food products.

All clients are existing clients and we are looking for strong candidates to really push sales.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product inquiries and making recommendations to meet their needs

upselling the range and driving growth

Ensuring customer accounts are up to date with payments

Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and preference.

Supporting the wider team with any additional administrative or operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the food industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Good numeracy skills and experience handling cash and card payments

Advantage if you have a car to travel to stores (Car allowance provided)

Knowledge of Indian & Asian food products and cuisines would be highly advantageous
