With a strong pipeline of works and continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney!
The Role
As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our commercial landscaping and civil works projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in HSEQ senior management meetings and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Overseeing projects to ensure planning and execution align with project management principles (time, cost, quality).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attending community and business events to foster engagement and networking opportunities.
- Representing the company positively in all client interactions.
- Driving the growth and development of project teams, fostering long-term success.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations on-site.
- Identifying training needs for staff and coordinating induction or refresher courses as required.
- Maintaining consistent communication with project teams to address risks and identify opportunities.
- Identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and documenting control measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensuring all incidents, accidents, and injuries are promptly reported to senior management.
- Responding to emergencies both during and outside of working hours.
- Assisting teams with ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Who Are You?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who possesses:
- A qualification in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or a similar field, with significant experience in commercial landscaping or civil works project management.
- A current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card (WHS certification).
- Ambition, energy, and self-motivation, with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to prioritise, self-manage, and work with minimal supervision.
- A confident and adaptable approach with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Initiative and the ability to grow your portfolio.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- The ability to understand and communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
