As a Paeds OT at Collaborative, you will:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for children with diverse developmental needs.

Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based intervention plans.

Maintain high-quality clinical documentation.

Guide families through support systems like the NDIS.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Engage in ongoing professional development and innovative practices.

Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives

Work alongside our affiliated services, including Therapy Assistants (TASS), Early Intervention practitioners (Kindred Kids Early Intervention) and inclusive Childcare Services (Meadow Lane Early Learning).

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy (WFOT recognised)

• Full AHPRA registration

• Preferably 1-2+ years of paediatric experience

• Familiarity with ASD and NDIS is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
