Active One Health Professional Group is a multi-disciplinary allied health service located in Frankston and Brighton. About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Grade 1 or Grade 2 OT to join our Active One Team. We offer a friendly, social and innovative working environment with an outstanding team of health professionals and a support team who all share the same values.

This role can be in a part time or full time capacity.

Our offices are based in Frankston (Head Office) and Brighton. We service an expanding geographical area, currently covering the Brighton Bayside, Frankston, Mornington Peninsula and Casey regions. Flexible working arrangements are in place, with the ability to be based at one or both office sites, as suits the individual, and work from home.

Our OT's specialise in a broad range of services including (but not limited to):

Comprehensive Home Assessments

Aids & Equipment Prescription

Neurological and Clinic-based Upper Limb Rehabilitation

Functional and Needs Assessments

Medico-legal Assessment and Reporting

Clinic-based OT Driver Assessments

Pre-Learner & Learner Driver Programs

Working as part of our OT team, the position involves the provision of community and clinic-based clinical assessments, interventions, education and report writing to clients, their families and other service providers. Services are provided to clients from the ages of 6 through to 100+, who present with variety of diagnoses including neurological, developmental and physical.

We are offering a Salary Package; appointing the successful applicant into a salary position commensurate with their experience and offering above award salary (salary packaging options available).

Financial support, study leave and extensive training available for an experienced OT with the desire to complete an OT Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation Course.

Essential for the role:

Current registration with AHPRA

Eligible for registration with OT Australia

Eligible for registration with Medicare and NDIS

Current and valid drivers licence

Current Police Check, Working with Childrens' Check, NDIS Worker Screening and current First Aid and CPR certificates
