Your Role:

As a Procurement Manager, you’ll lead the planning, sourcing, and management of procurement arrangements across a category or range of categories to meet business needs. You will:

• Develop and implement category management plans and sourcing strategies that ensure value for money and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Analyse commercial risks, business needs, and supply markets to inform procurement decisions.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and establish effective supply arrangements.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships while actively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation to support compliance, accountability, and audit standards.
• Exercise discretion in how tasks are approached, with the autonomy to engage the right stakeholders and consult on complex matters as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a range of procurement categories.
• Excellent commercial acumen, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation skills.
• A sound understanding of procurement compliance and governance practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
