They offer a 3: 2 hybrid working environment.

Role Overview

The Network Site Reliability Engineer is charged with manging & optimising the performance of their global network. That will encompass troubleshooting, automation, documentation, build & rebuild work, and network monitoring.

Much of their network is driven out of AWS and azure, but they also run some on-prem appliances as well. They run Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco R&S & Cisco Voice.

During the business day you'd be the sole specialist network engineer online globally. As such you need to be confident, independent and willing to take ownership of issues locally and globally. That said, you are still part of a global support team, and there's a significant Asia-Pac IT team based in the Sydney office.

So what are looking for?

• A strong body of network, load balancer & firewall engineering experience
• Experience working with both appliance based & cloud based networks (AWS or Azure)
• Certs around Cisco, Palo, Fortinet, Juniper, AWS & Azure
• Scripting skills (almost certainly using python) to facilitate automation
• Great communication skills
• A friendly, professional nature
• the ability to work interpedently
