Located in Laverton North, our Empty Container Park is seeking an experienced Empty Container Forklift Operator to join our team.

Full time

$35 / hour + Overtime + Super

Key Duties:

- Stacking of containers and daily review of container placement to ensure a safe and productive work environment

- Load and unload trucks with containers as per daily operating procedures

- Turnaround containers in workshop, wash bay and survey pad

- Reposition containers within the depot as required

- Keeping the yard tidy and systematic

- Take good care of vehicles under your care

The successful candidate will have:

- A current LF class licence

- Shipping container handling experience is essential

- A “safety first” mindset and positive attitude

- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment

- Ability to work well within a small team environment

- Good communication skills, patience, efficient and safe work practices are essential to the role.
