AOD, Gambling and Mental Health Manager – PALMERSTON NT
JOB DETAILS:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced AOD, Gambling, and Mental Health Manager to lead and support a team in Palmerston, NT. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary and relocation assistance, including two weeks of accommodation if relocating.

Duties:

• Lead and manage the delivery of AOD, Gambling, and Mental Health services across multiple sites.
• Oversee various AOD, Gambling and Mental Health Programs
• Drive the ongoing development, implementation, and coordination of relevant programs.
• Provide onsite leadership and operational management for the region.
• Collaborate with senior management and regional teams to meet service delivery objectives.
• Manage and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to policies and effective program delivery.
• Travel to remote areas within the region may be required, including travel by light aircraft and staying in basic accommodations.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Expertise in AOD, Gambling, and Mental Health programs
• At least 5 years of experience in staff management and leadership
• Ability to work to targets, meet deadlines, and manage compliance
• Proven experience in building strong partnerships with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal organizations
• Australian Citizen or have unlimited work rights within Australia
• NT Driver’s License required
