About the role

This full-time Battery Fitter & Sales position at Battery World in Cardiff, NSW 2285 offers a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of automotive, 4X4 and recreational batteries and related products. As a Battery Fitter & Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fitting batteries, and driving sales growth for the business.

What you'll be doing

Expertly fitting and replacing automotive batteries for customers

Providing knowledgeable advice and guidance to customers on battery selection and maintenance

Generating sales leads and converting inquiries into sales

Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an automotive or retail sales role, preferably in the battery or automotive parts industry

Strong technical knowledge of automotive batteries and related products

Excellent customer service and communication skills

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude

A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
