About the role

Movement Improvement is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in our Coorparoo, Queensland clinic. As a Physiotherapist at Movement Improvement, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions
• Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
• Providing hands-on physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and other evidence-based techniques
• Educating patients on their condition, self-management strategies, and the importance of adherence to the treatment plan
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting
• Excellent clinical skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based physiotherapy practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field
