Rennie Bros Tree Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Cert III Arborist ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

About the Role
You’ll be working alongside a team of experienced arborists and climbers on a variety of residential and commercial tree jobs across Sydney. Day to day operations include:

Assisting with tree removals, pruning, and stump grinding

Operating chippers, ropes, and rigging equipment

Cleaning up worksites and maintaining equipment

Supporting climbers from the ground

Following WHS procedures and ensuring safe work zones

Residential, commercial and council work

Storm Work (SES preferred contractor)

What We’re Looking For:
Your success in this role will come down to your attitude, your ability to quickly pick up new skills, and your proactive, safety-first approach. Being forward-thinking and professional on every job site is what sets the best apart.

A strong work ethic and positive attitude

2-3 years experience in tree work

EWP license (preferred but not essential)

Truck license (preferred but not essential)
