At Nosh Dietitians we are at the forefront of quality standards and best practice in aged care nutrition and mealtimes experiences. We believe food is more than fuel for older adults — it’s about joy, connection, and living well! We’re on a mission to provide practical, evidence-based nutrition that enhances the quality of the lives of older Australians. Whether it’s supporting individuals, working with aged care providers, or shaking up food service standards, we do it all with passion, creativity, and a people-first approach.

And now, we’re looking for a Dietitian who’s ready to bring fresh energy, expert knowledge, and innovative thinking to our growing team. If you love working with people, thrive on variety, and want to make a real impact, this could be your perfect next step!

At Nosh Dietitians we are at the forefront of quality standards and best practice in aged care nutrition and mealtimes experiences.

Your new role:

As a Dietitian at Nosh, no two days are the same! You’ll be working across clinical, community, food service, aged care, and home care nutrition, helping people improve their health and well-being through realistic and achievable dietary advice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one consultations (in-person and occasionally telehealth)

Supporting clients of all medical complexities and backgrounds with tailored nutrition plans

Conducting home visits for those unable to attend clinics – yes, you get to look in people’s fridges

Contributing to community nutrition projects like group programs

Getting creative with menu planning, assessments, and food service projects

Developing nutrition resources, blogs, and engaging social media content

Building relationships with GPs, aged care providers, allied health professionals, and community organisations.

This isn’t just a clinic-based role—you’ll have the chance to get out into the community, work with diverse groups, and truly make a difference!

What is incredible about working with us:

Make a Meaningful Impact – Help older Australians make real, quality of life changes in their health

Variety & Growth – No two days are the same, and we encourage professional development. Let’s be real, aged care nutrition is complex.

Supportive Team Culture – Work alongside passionate dietitians who love what they do and get mentoring from a leading aged care dietitian

🍽 Foodie-Friendly Environment – If you love good nosh, you’ll fit right in!

To be successful, you'll have:

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia

Minimum 2 years experience as a Dietitian to help make an immediate impact – you bring the foundations, we’ll help you become a specialist

A strong ability to connect with clients and adapt advice to their needs (creativity and finding solutions is your jam)

Excellent communication skills – you can break down complex nutrition science into simple, engaging advice, plus work well with your dietitian team.

Time management skills – you can juggle a varied schedule with metropolitan Perth travel and keep everything running smoothly

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you love problem-solving and thinking outside the box

Ability to work independently and think on your feet with your clinical skills

A passion for making a difference for the older adults in our community – ready to implement clinical best practice and food standards in a pro-active manner

Bonus points if you have:

➕ Experience in aged care, community nutrition, food service, or home care nutrition
➕ A knack for group education & pulling together presentations to engage your audience (is Canva your bestie?)
