Join a tight-knit and passionate building services team delivering high-quality design and documentation for a diverse portfolio of projects across Sydney. We’re on the lookout for a Revit Modeller with solid MEP experience, particularly in hydraulic and plumbing services, including sloped pipework.

This is a hands-on modelling role, suited to someone who’s detail-oriented, experienced in project setup, and confident working independently in Revit.

Key Responsibilities

Revit modelling and documentation of hydraulic and sanitary plumbing systems (hot & cold water, stormwater, sewer, and vent systems)

Sloped pipe modelling in Revit with accurate coordination across levels and risers

Project setup including linking files, creating central models, and managing worksets

Developing and editing Revit families, schedules, and plumbing legends

Coordinating with mechanical, electrical and architectural teams

Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage

Producing tidy, well-organised drawing sets for documentation and issue

About You

5+ years’ experience in Revit MEP modelling, with a strong plumbing focus

Confident working with sloped drainage systems, sanitary and stormwater layouts

Proficient in setting up Revit models, views, filters, and templates from scratch

Able to interpret markups, sketches and consultant redlines independently

Detail-driven with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset

Familiar with multi-storey residential, education or data centre projects (advantageous)

Bonus Skills

Navisworks clash detection and coordination experience

Exposure to fire services or mechanical ductwork modelling

Understanding of local building codes and hydraulic design principles
