About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist at FXTRADING.com, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent service is provided to our existing clients across all types of communications. Working on site, you will handle customer support questions, process client requests, and maintain a good company image. After the initial remote period, you will have the opportunity to relocate to our Southeast Asia support office, further integrating into our dynamic team.
What you'll be doing
- Provide support and issue resolution by ensuring excellent service across all communications.
- Process client requests and solve issues via live chat, phone call, and email with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate specialist when needed via Salesforce or Intercom.
- Update clients on their request status accordingly.
- Verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis.
- Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with acceptable detail and accuracy.
- Understand the company's business functions and roles by attending company seminars and meeting assessment targets.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
What we're looking for
- Good communication skills in English and any other native languages(普通话/廣東話/にほんご/한국어).
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Self-motivated and highly reliable.
