We are seeking experienced Support Workers who exude passion and are motivated to provide support for diverse clients and participants to support their independence in the home and community. We are seeking support for a participant in the lower western suburbs who requires support 7 days a week 16 hours a day on a casual basis. The ideal Support Worker will have experience with higher care needs and mental health support. The support worker will be expected to engage the participant in social activities and use initiative to encourage community access to meet participants goals.

Have a driver’s license and vehicle to be used for work purposes.
