Customer Service/Sales Assistant - Wagga Wagga: Salary: $61,400 plus Super (pro-rota) and Bonuses
Part-time hours: Mon-Friday 10:30am-3pm
1-week full-time training in Sydney expenses paid

Your new role: Working with a large NFP health fund in their Wagga Wagga branch, this organisation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team! After the training roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face
• Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients
• Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service working to sales KPIs
• Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes
• Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients
• Enjoys working in a team environment
