What does the job look like?

Linfox's Intermodal business unit is seeking an MC Driver to deliver various products from our Linfox rail operations based in Acacia Ridge QLD, to our local retail and industrial customers within Brisbane metropolitan and some regional areas. As part of this role, you will be required to drive various trailers from tautliners to skel and refrigerated trailers. We currently have a permanent full-time position available working Monday to Friday on the afternoon shift, starting from 4:00pm and finishing at 12:00am. Key areas:

• Driving to the commitment of Linfox Safety Standards at all times
• Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
• Daily prestart checks and ensure loads are restrained appropriately
• Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles and extensive knowledge of road transport legislation

• Current MC License essential
• Prior transport experience driving Multi-Combination is desirable
