The Opportunity

Karratha Tilt Tray and Towing is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Operator to join our dynamic team in Karratha, Western Australia. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will play a crucial role in providing reliable and efficient towing services to our valued customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate tow trucks to transport a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy machinery

Respond promptly to callouts and provide timely assistance to customers in need of towing services

Ensure that all towed vehicles are securely and properly loaded and unloaded

Maintain the tow trucks in good working condition, performing routine inspections and basic maintenance

Liaise with customers, provide excellent customer service, and offer guidance on towing options

Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Assist with other tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience

Demonstrate an ability to safely operate tow trucks and other equipment

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers

Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record, able to pass police checks

Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
