About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our friendly team in Toronto. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your clinical expertise, build strong patient relationships, and make a real difference to community health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications in line with regulatory and professional standards

• Provide expert advice and medication counselling to patients

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes

• Conduct medschecks and ensure best practice in pharmaceutical care

• Contribute to pharmacy services such as vaccinations, OTP, scope of practice

• Manage stock and maintain accurate records

• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a welcoming environment

• Keep up to date with developments in pharmacy and healthcare

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent

• AHPRA registration & PDL insurance

• Experience in community pharmacy (preferred)

• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems ZED and Modeus

• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
