About the role

Southern Cross Catholic College, Annandale is seeking a dedicated Secondary Teacher - Religion . This role is a Part Time, Fixed Term position completing 12 hours per week (across two days) and commencing in Term 2, 2025 until 5 December 2025.

Mandatory Criteria/Professional Registration/Other

Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers

Current Driver’s Licence

Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.

Desirable Criteria

Significant experience in working with First Nations students

Experienced classroom teacher with a specialised knowledge about First Nations students.
