What You'll Do:

Operate heavy plant equipment and help with precision tasks like trenching, laser leveling, and site preparation to bring projects to life.

Lead the charge in site demolition and clearing - take down old structures and prepare sites for new, cutting-edge developments.

Play a vital role in setting up safety barriers, clearing debris, and ensuring everything is ready for the next stage of construction.

Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on time.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in civil, construction, or demolition labouring is preferred but not essential.

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

A strong commitment to safety on-site.

Availability to start immediately.

Ability to pass a urine drug/alcohol screen.

Physically fit and healthy, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Car and license are essential - no public transport available.

Checkable work references within the last 12-18 months.
