As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you’re the first point of contact for new homeowners who’ve just submitted a pool enquiry on our website. Your job is to:

Call them promptly (inbound + outbound) to confirm their enquiry.

Follow a proven 4-step call script to qualify their situation.

Set clear expectations about how Poolz works — in a friendly, confident, and helpful way.

Confirm financial readiness and suitability.

Book a consult appointment with one of our experienced pool consultants.

Proactively dig into our existing database to uncover missed opportunities.

Use your initiative, ask the right questions, and keep things moving.

100% warm leads — every person you call has requested our help.

No complex product knowledge needed — no pool industry experience required.

Flexible hours across 4 days (ideally Friday, Saturday, Sunday + Monday), six hours per day. (Saturday & Sunday essential)

Morning or afternoon shifts available: 9am–3pm or 10am–4pm (with split shifts OK).

Perfect for return-to-work parents or anyone seeking a professional, part-time role with purpose and autonomy.

Who we're looking for?

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Call centre, contact centre, or phone-based customer service experience

✅ A passion for following process and getting it right

✅ The ability to build quick rapport while staying efficient

✅ Comfort making lots of calls (100+ on busy days)

✅ A confident phone manner and excellent communication skills

✅ A growth mindset and openness to feedback

✅ Motivation to own your role and contribute to a growing team

This is not a sales job. You’re not expected to close deals. You’re here to qualify, inform, and pass the baton — making the client feel informed and in good hands.
