About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Advantage Psychology Group Pty Ltd Clinical Psychologist or Principal Psychologist for either 4 or 5 days a week in the vibrant suburb of Rouse Hill, NSW 2155. As a key member of our growing practice, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, counselling, and treatment services to clients as part of our onsite team. For those looking for a more senior leadership position, we also have a Principal Psychologist position available.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide evidence-based interventions. Advantage Psychology sees a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, allowing the preferred candidate the option to be a generalist, or to be narrow and deep in their preferred presentation mix.

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs

Provide high-quality, compassionate therapy and counselling services, including CBT), ACT, SCHEMA, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches

Collaborate with allied health professionals, such as general practitioners, to ensure a holistic approach to client care

Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by participating in marketing, community engagement, team social and training events, and professional development activities

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, as well as adhere to all relevant professional and ethical standards

Principal Psychologist applications will also include:

Leadership and clinical supervision for the Rouse Hill based clinical team

Practice performance responsibility attached to an annual bonus

What we're looking for

Fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Board approved supervisor

Minimum 1 years experience as a psychologist, with a strong background in providing evidence-based psychological services

Demonstrated expertise in a range of psychological assessment and therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice
