What You'll Do: As a Direct Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Personal Care Champion: Assist with personal care tasks like showering, dressing, and toileting—always with dignity and respect.
• Medication Maestro: Administer medications and ensure clients stay on track with their health needs.
• Mobility Support: Help clients transfer using hoists and slide sheets, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Domestic Dynamo: Take charge of household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to create a welcoming home environment.
• Community Connector: Engage clients in social activities—whether it’s attending doctor’s appointments or grocery shopping—to enrich their lives.

• Compliant or Willingness to Obtain WWCC and NDISWC
• Access to a Vehicle and License
