Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating a team to provide quality support to individuals with disabilities

Ensuring the smooth operation of Day Program activities or SIL homes as applicable

Promote safe working practices for the development of a safe and healthy workplace

Monitoring and reporting performance against key accountabilities

Observing support staff practices and providing constructive feedback

Qualifications & Experience:

Cert III Individual Support (or equivalent) is desirable

Experience in the disability industry

Minimum of 2 years leadership experience

Skills & Competencies:

Working knowledge of the NDIS practice standards

Strong communication (both written and oral), interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Comprehensive understanding of the Active Support Model
