We’re currently looking for a Project Engineer with strong FRP experience to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer with Ngurra, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and on-site teams to drive successful project delivery. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution across a range of civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, programming, and execution of FRP works to meet project deadlines.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Interpret technical drawings and provide practical, site-based support.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal crews.

Monitor progress, address risks, and implement on-the-ground solutions.

Maintain high standards of quality assurance and WHS compliance.

Produce documentation, reports, and project updates as required.

What You’ll Bring

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in project engineering or a similar civil role.

A qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of FRP systems, formwork practices, and civil construction methods.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability.

Sound understanding of WHS legislation and industry standards.
