A NSW Government department is seeking an experienced Project Officer to support the delivery of digital implementation projects within a collaborative, cross-functional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives with real impact across industry and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities including working groups and consultations to support project planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to support the development and delivery of digital products across different phases.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements and support solution development.
• Identify and manage project risks and interdependencies to ensure successful outcomes.

Challenges:

• Delivering against tight product timelines while balancing stakeholder needs.
• Navigating complex environments involving both government and industry participants.

About You:

• Experience delivering or supporting digital implementation projects.
• A confident self-starter who can take ownership of tasks as they arise.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to engage stakeholders and understand business needs.
• Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks across concurrent work streams.
• Able to adapt and learn new concepts with support and guidance.
• Previous experience in government or the energy sector highly regarded.
