OSB Group is a leader in civil infrastructure, mining and batching delivering top-tier projects across WA. We’re currently seeking experienced Final Trim Operators for a FIFO role on a camp project in the Pilbara mines.

If you’re a multi-skilled operator with solid final trim experience and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating excavators and skid steers for final trim works

Jumping on loaders, compactors, and rollers when needed

Reading site plans and getting the job done to spec

Working closely with the team to hit targets safely and efficiently

Keeping gear in top condition and following all safety protocols

What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven final trim experience with excavators and skid steers
✔️ Confident using loaders, compactors, rollers
✔️ Able to work solo or in a crew
✔️ Attention to detail and good with site plans
✔️ Mining or camp project experience is a big plus
✔️ Valid driver’s licence + full Australian working rights
