As a Junior Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial team, and growth of our franchise business. You will be responsible for analyzing market opportunities, assisting in the sale of franchise stores, and identifying potential new acquisitions. In this role, you will help drive business decisions through data analysis, provide essential support for franchise transactions, and contribute to the overall success of the company’s portfolio. Your responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of various financial models and reports, the coordination of capital projects, and offering general administrative assistance to senior team members.
Some of your key responsibilities are:
Attending to large property transactions, including due diligence and option agreements.
Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities and new property acquisitions.
Assisting with procedural processes for rental determinations.
Managing and reviewing leases, licence agreements and franchising agreements.
Processing incoming enquiries and ensuring the timely processing of all relevant documentation.
Preparation of marketing materials including Information Memorandums, benchmarking analysis, and projections.
Liaise with third-party property managers, service providers, and area managers.
Manage all project correspondence and record keeping accurately & confidentially.
Provide administration duties including documentation and file management.
Experience & Key Skills
General property, real estate & or legal understanding would be an advantage.
Ability to solve problems by being collaborative, creative and analytical.
Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills, including the ability to interact with and influence people at all levels.
Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal supervision.
Professionalism in appearance and attitude.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional resilience.
