Pats Italian is an icon establishment situated in the heart of Mt Buller village. We are well known for our mouth-watering a la carte menu, pizzas, fun atmosphere and our exceptional customer service.

We make most of our dishes in-house with fresh, high-quality produce (including our pizza dough and pasta which is made daily) and we ensure that everything is as fresh as you can get!

In addition to Pats Italian, we also have Mt Buller Fish & Chippery, which provides fresh seafood and curries in a warm and friendly environment.

The role

We are seeking chefs, cooks, dishies/kitchen hands, food and beverage staff to join our fun, friendly and supportive team to commence in June 2025 (snow season).

These hands-on roles will require you to perform under pressure, at a fast pace. We operate in accordance with dofoodsafely program.

These roles operate during the busy peak of the snow season and it is full-on and busy the majority of the time, however, we do have some quieter times, and this is the perfect opportunity for you to reward yourself for your hard work and make use of the facilities we have on offer.

What you need

strong experience in your field of expertise

good time management

RSA (where applicable)

All staff (dofoodsafely - free online)

experience in cooking fresh fish and Italian cuisine (where applicable)

ability to work in a team

great communication skills

ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
