We're Hiring: Senior Automotive Detailer

At Tigerr Detailing, we don’t just polish cars — we care for some of the rarest, most luxurious and high-performance vehicles in Australia. Our business thrives on reputation, passion, and consistency, and we’re currently expanding our elite team.

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Detailer who lives and breathes cars, values efficiency without compromising on quality, and understands what it means to handle multi-million-dollar machines with respect and discipline.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in automotive detailing

Strong experience with paint correction, buffing, ceramic coating and previous PPF installation is highly regarded.

A sharp eye for detail and an ability to spot imperfections others miss

Excellent problem-solving ability

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Fast but efficient, your pace doesn't compromise your precision

Team player with a thick skin and a good attitude, we work hard, take feedback, and back each other

Someone who thrives under pressure and stays calm when the pace picks up

Takes responsibility, uses initiative, and values the importance of showing up

Comfortable handling high-end luxury and rare vehicles with the respect and care they demand

Must hold a valid Australian full driver’s licence

Available from 7:30am Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours when required

This is not a role for beginners. We’re after someone who already knows the ropes, values the craft, and is looking for a place where they can work hard, be respected, and take pride in what they do.

All applicants will be required to pass a national criminal record check and employment history check as part of the application process.
