about the job

this is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to join a dynamic team providing high-quality bookkeeping services to a variety of clients. reporting to the bookkeeping management team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and delivering accurate, timely financial records and helping to support both client relationships and internal team processes.

you'll be working with Xero, MYOB, QBO, Dext, and other software add-ons, supporting process improvement, and helping the business meet its growth goals. this role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is confident working directly with clients, and is looking to build on their leadership and advisory skills.

skills & experience

• strong working knowledge of xero, myob, qbo, dext and relevant software integrations
  
  
• experience with payroll processing and a sound understanding of gst, super, payg and workcover
  
  
• ability to manage multiple deadlines and client priorities
  
  
• excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with clients
  
  
• attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach
