About the Role – Lead Educator

This is the perfect role for a motivated and passionate educator ready to lead and inspire!

As our Lead Educator, you’ll:
✅ Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
✅ Create exciting, challenging, and inviting learning environments where children feel empowered.
✅ Develop and implement an innovative, inquiry-based curriculum where children’s voices are heard.
✅ Work collaboratively with colleagues, children, and families to achieve outstanding learning outcomes.
✅ Embrace the idea of being a co-researcher and co-learner with children – learning and growing together!

Requirements:

ACECQA approved Diploma (or currently studying towards)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
