Western Reliance Pty Ltd operates into the Wheatbelt regions supplying various types of Ag products mainly in bulk tippers with the occasional flat top work.

We are looking to add a competent operator to join our small team with our busy workload with current clients and newly secured contract.

The role is a full-time position and will require some overnight travel during peak times where $50 overnight allowance is paid. Accommodation supplied for harvest period.

Renumeration can be adjusted to suit the employee with possible target incentives and bonuses.

Well maintained equipment. All Kenworths (road ranger) with modern trailing equipment

Schedules are planned around workload and employee work/life commitments and balance. A young keen applicant that shows the right attributes and a want to learn will also be considered for the role.

Role is based either Beacon area or Perth WA

Qualifications & experience

2 years bulk tipper experience (preferred)

UNRESTRICTED MC License

Current Fatigue Management Certificate

Current Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical

Mechanically Minded

Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Tasks & responsibilities

Load and Unload various AG products in bulk tippers (minimal general and machinery jobs).

Self Motivated.

Safely operate road train combinations including reversing

Liaise with clients for efficient loading and unloading

Carry out all relevant prestart and maintenance checks

Good book keeping records
