What’s on offer?

• DNA Healthcare are offering short term contracts for Practice Nurses / Primary Healthcare Nurses in busy clinics across Queensland Health.
• You will work on a full time roster (Mon-Fri) in a rural primary health care centre, providing high quality care to patients presenting for appointments or urgent assessments.
• Locations include Cairns, Proserpine/Whitsunday Region, Central Queensland, South West Queensland or Far North Queensland.

What will my role be?

• You will use your skills and experience to assess, treat, educate and refer patients that present to the clinic.
• You will work as part of the multi disciplinary team, alongside a General Practitioner and in conjunction with community Allied Health professionals.

What is required?

• 5+ years of post graduate experience as an RN in the acute or primary care setting.
• Advance Life Support
• MEC, REC, ETEK certs are preferable
• Ability to work autonomously
