About the role

Partington Building Contractors in Esperance, WA are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in our workshop in Esperance.

What you'll be doing

Producing high-quality custom cabinetry and furniture to client specifications

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans to create cabinetry designs

Operating a range of woodworking machinery and tools with precision and care

Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure cabinetry is installed seamlessly

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment

Providing advice and guidance to clients on cabinetry options and customisations

What we're looking for

Several years' experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker, ideally in a similar construction or building environment

Strong woodworking skills and the ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings

Proficiency in operating a range of woodworking machinery and power tools

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Experience with CNC Machinery (desired but not essential)

A positive attitude and the ability to work unsupervised and within a team

C-Class Drivers licence

Licence to operate Forklift or willingness to complete required training to obtain
