Reporting to the Receivables Manager the purpose of the role is to assist in providing timely and accurate reports by ensuring strong control over the debtor’s ledger is maintained.

Key duties will include but not be limited to:

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting including monthly debtor statements

Collection of debtors within payment terms

Following up overdue debtors and escalating overdue amounts

Liaising with debt collection agencies where required regarding outstanding accounts

Timely and accurate preparation and distribution of client reports

Ensuring correct allocation of payments from remittance advices

Liaising with operations staff to resolve account queries

Other ad hoc duties as required

This opportunity will appeal to applicants with experience in a revenue/credit control position, preferably within a large corporate or complex environment. You will possess high levels of attention to detail, be analytical by nature whilst being able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong excel, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships are considered essential.
