Your new role

As a Boilermaker, you will play a critical role in fabricating and welding components such as truck bodies and chassis, contributing to the company's mission of delivering high-quality, durable transport solutions. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams, your work will ensure the integrity and performance of customised builds that serve key sectors, including defence and public infrastructure. With a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and craftsmanship, this role is essential in maintaining the company's high standards of innovation and reliability. Proficiency in welding and structural fabrication is crucial.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong experience in metal fabrication and welding, even without a formal trade qualification
• Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovation in custom builds
• Team player with effective communication skills, aligning with the company's collaborative culture
• Experience working to deadlines and meeting project specifications
