We are currently recruiting for two positions which will lead to permanent long-term opportunities as production employees. The work requires mixing, bagging and stacking product and using a forklift to load product or move for storage. The roles will either be as a casual or permanent opportunity depending on available shift, reviewed after 3-month probationary period. The shifts are day and afternoon with the applicable loading for each. The hourly rate will range from $30.47 for permanent day time work and up to $43.13 for casual afternoon work. A truck license would be an advantage but not essential.

Our clients are Australian businesses supplying national markets through a refined and systematic manufacturing process with niche local and global markets for distribution. They design and manufacture products for a wide range of specialist applications, leveraging years of technical knowledge, financial investment and expertise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (current licence required).

· Perform manual handling tasks such as bagging and stacking small packs. (up to 25kg)

· Assist with picking, weighing, and batching ingredients for blending working off pick sheet.

· Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report maintenance issues.

· Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

· Support general production operations as required.

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

· A current Forklift Licence.

· Physical capability to handle the manual tasks required in a manufacturing environment.

· A good attitude and strong teamwork skills.

· Two references and availability to start ASAP.

· Prior manufacturing or agriculture experience (advantageous but not essential).
