Roster: Monday - Friday (No night shifts!)

Pay Rate: Above Award – dependent upon role

Norwood Day Surgery is seeking a dedicated Anaesthetic Nurse to join our team. There are two positions available –

· A permanent part-time capacity (22.5 hours per week

· Casual team member

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective anaesthetic nursing care to patients.

Assist the anaesthetist with patient preparation, airway management, and medication administration.

Monitor patients pre, intra, and post-procedure, ensuring a high standard of care.

Adhere to infection control and workplace safety protocols.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Anaesthetic nursing experience is essential.

Additional anaesthetic qualifications are highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of anaesthetic equipment, medications, and airway management.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
