Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 160 residential properties. You will have admin assistance in this role as well. Saturday work is only 1 in 5, with time in lieu. If you are mores senior in your career and experience and you are open to mentoring and training more junior staff and helping run the rental department, even better!!

your advantage
To be considered for this role, you must have experience managing a residential portfolio, hold a current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, and possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Additionally, a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
