The role is based in the Queensland Revenue Office's (QRO) Workforce Management team, which is responsible for delivering workforce planning and recruitment services through a partnership model with QRO leadership teams. Based in our convenient and modern Brisbane CBD office, you will have access to personal growth pathways. Flexible work options may be requested.
Your typical day as a Workforce Officer may include:
• Coordinating and responding to high volume task-based queries and activities.
• Assisting in the development of workforce planning activities and procedures.
• Collaborating and supporting Senior Workforce Officers and panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Managing the triaging of the group inbox.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate experience in:
• High-level communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Recruitment administration experience, ideally in a public sector context.
• Strong proactive mindset and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness and precision in your work.
• Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently and within time-frames.
• Strong ability to problem solve and manage high volume task-based workload in a legislative context or framework.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to cultivate a positive and productive work culture.
There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however relevant qualifications and/or experience in recruitment, workforce planning or project management are highly regarded.
