Position Overview:
As a Switchboard Builder, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring switchboards to meet safety and quality standards. You will work with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire switchboards according to blueprints and technical specifications
• Test and troubleshoot electrical components
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any issues or delays to the supervisor in a timely manner

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in switchboard building or similar electrical assembly work
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• White Card and relevant certifications (e.g. Electrical License)
• Own tools and reliable transportation
