WorkPac Health and Social Care is looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to work at the state-of-the-art facility. Our client manages a large maximum-security prison, housing male inmates with varying security classifications. The facility is recognized for its modern infrastructure and focus on rehabilitative programs.

What You Will Be Doing

The Enrolled Nurse is to assist with the delivery of health care to inmates under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Care is delivered within the Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice.

Promoting the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates.

Ensuring the safety and security of inmates and the community.

Providing a decent and respectful environment to staff, inmates and visitors.

Patient-focused Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a dynamic and supportive health environment, professional with strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and eager to contribute to the well-being of patients.

What You Will Need

Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum of 1-year full-time post-graduate experience (or part-time equivalent)

Experience in primary health, rural health, or emergency nursing (desirable)

Current First Aid and BLS Certification (ALS preferred) (12-month validity)

National Criminal History Check (issued within last 3 months)

Own vehicle required.
